Function Based RPO

The Function-based RPO model allow clients to outsource a section or division of their organisation’s hiring needs to Pave. This enables their in-house HR team to focus on other roles and responsibilities, while leaving part of the Talent Acquisition needs to Pave.

For example, in a Function-based RPO engagement, organisations may choose to outsource their Logistics and Warehouse fulfilment or IT roles entirely to Pave, while other roles are managed by their internal talent acquisition teams.

In Function Based RPO, contracts are discussed annually with projected number of roles and placements defined as part of the contract.
